this was informal property with outstanding location and rooms. it was designer, had scenic ocean views. restaurants and bars were located near the hotel.

My stay was real good, I loved that it was reasonably clean throughout, with fantastic views and absolute top lovation so close to Times Square as well as subway. Rooftop bar was lively.
